Since training at Strive Chris has always aspired to achieving her ultimate goal of reducing her weight below 80 kgs, and fitting into to her favourite pair of size 14 jeans. This ultimate goal was achieved simply by setting smaller obtainable goals over an 18 month period.
Combined with her dedication to her nutritional habits as well as her never give up training ethic, Christine is now an inspiration to her friends and also the team at Strive.
She has lost a staggering 10.5 kgs and reduced her body fat % drastically down to 24%. Chris reduced her chest measurement by 10 cms, waist measurement by 9.5 cms and hips measurement by 10 cms.
Unfortunately Christine has now had to buy a whole new wardrobe but is happy as she looks great, is living a healthy lifestyle and now has new goals to strive for.
Noel Mancuso
Noel's transformation has been quite remarkable. Not only the transformation of his body but also his nutritional focus as well as his lifestyle changes. It is all testament to his never say die training ethic, thriving on any challenge set for him.
There is no mountain he wouldn't climb, no matter how exhausted, or fatigued his muscles would be Noel still tried for that extra rep, or slugged out that final minute of boxing.
Since training at Strive, Noel has lost a staggering 16 kgs down to his current body weight of 90kgs and has reduced his body fat % to an amazing 15 %. I'm sure he would agree he is now the healthiest, leanest and strongest he has been.
Noel has developed a well toned, muscular physique that has welcomed many compliments from friends and family, so much so he was almost unrecognisable.
His next goal is to strengthen his core and finish with that 6 pack! I'm sure with his determination that goal is just around the corner. He has been an inspiration not only to the team at Strive, but also to his wife Jo and 5 kids.
