Personal training takes place on a One on One as well as a Two on One basis in the comfort of our private studio ensuring you have 100 % attention. The appointment times are convenient to fit in with you and your lifestyle. Functional & Corrective Exercise
Functional Exercise is designed to incorporate Primal Pattern ® movements utilizing core function as opposed to machine based training. Functional exercise programs are effective for clients with a chosen goal or objective such as:
- Aerobic conditioning
- Weight loss / muscle toning
- Increasing muscle strength.
Using the clients assessment findings of muscle balance, core stability, posture and functional movement analysis we design the functional fitness program aimed at allowing the client to attain their specific goal.
Strive currently works with numerous health care professionals to help rehabilitate post injury clients. Our facilities & equipment provide clients with the necessary tools for Corrective exercise & Injury rehabilitation. Our qualified trainers at Strive will ensure safe corrective exercise prescription and adherence to injury rehabilitation clients.

Group Personal Training
Group training is a great way to exercise with friends who all share similar health and fitness goals. Not only is it motivating to train with friends, it is also inspiring to see each other get the results you deserve. We specialize in circuit training, boxing as well as X-training. The sessions can be varied either outdoors or within the personal settings of our boutique studio.
